Hoffenheim 3-0 Bayer Leverkusen: three goals in the last 11 minutes break a goalless game
A game with almost nothing in it exploded in stoppage time as Hoffenheim scored three times in eleven minutes — Andrej Kramaric's penalty the first of them — to beat ten-man Bayer Leverkusen 3-0.
Nothing in the first 78 minutes at the PreZero Arena suggested what was coming. Hoffenheim and Bayer Leverkusen were goalless and cagey, with neither keeper forced into a save worth remembering, before a flurry of late goals and cards turned a stalemate into a 3-0 home win.
Andrej Kramaric, on as a substitute, converted a penalty in the 79th minute to break the deadlock. Ten minutes later he turned provider, setting up Alexander Prass to make it two, and Max Moerstedt added a third deep into stoppage time after Leverkusen had been reduced to ten men.
A chaotic final stretch
Prass, scorer of the second goal, was sent off a minute into stoppage time for a second yellow card, capping a stretch that also produced bookings for Leverkusen's Loïc Badé and left the visitors chasing the game with ten men against a Hoffenheim side that had barely threatened for an hour.

Hoffenheim climb out of the bottom half
Hoffenheim had lost four of their first six league games this season, but a win over Borussia Mönchengladbach last time out and now this one give them back-to-back victories for the first time this campaign. It takes them to 9 points, up from 14th to 10th — their highest league position of the season.
What's next
Hoffenheim move up to 10th on 9 points. Bayer Leverkusen stay 4th on 13 points, level with Freiburg but behind them on goal difference after both sides lost this round.
