Real Sociedad 2-1 Levante: early goals either side hold up for a third straight win
Orri Óskarsson's sixth-minute opener and a quick Beñat Turrientes reply to Levante's equaliser were enough for Real Sociedad to win 2-1 and move up to 5th.
Real Sociedad made the perfect start and only briefly let it slip. Orri Óskarsson put them ahead inside six minutes, Levante levelled through Nacho Pérez just before the half-hour, and Beñat Turrientes restored the lead five minutes later to settle a game that stayed open until the restart.
Pérez's equaliser, set up by Thiago Fernandez, was the away side's best spell of the afternoon. Real Sociedad's response was immediate: Turrientes converted a Gonçalo Guedes pass in the 27th minute, and Levante never found the same spark again.

Real Sociedad move up to 5th on 19 points, one behind 4th-placed Real Betis. Levante stay 18th on 7 points, inside the relegation zone with just one win from nine games.
